Frail petals fall off, gone with the Stream Impermanent
Bodhi minds return to the Never-Receding Place
White clouds still floating placidly in the firmament
Blue Sea of Wisdom still immense as the outer space
Bright candlelight suddenly blows out, bare hands let all go
To merge with moonlight covering, piercing through nets of leaves
Coming and going .. like the tidal waves high then low
Of worldly dreams, you have no regrets to take leave
May silent prayers now soothe our mundane sorrows …
