Each morning at office , I start the computer
Get busy as a bee till the fall of the dusk
When work finished, its time to quickly create many a verse!
At coffee break, I email friends while quenching my thirst
Making many mistakes like a tireless child at play ,
I type with just 2 fingers , as slowly as a snail
“Word “ learned quite some time ago , refuses me to obey !
Again and again , I must ask the secretary for help !
Try to complete tasks , then take a rest to daydream
I sip the hot tea , absorbingly composing a short poem
Amazed by my diligence to stare at the screen all day long ,
The colleagues wonder: what's with her going wrong ?!
I used to admire stories of great women's lives
Talented heroines , good at music and martial arts
A child- soul existing in a grown-up still denies
Fine things brought together just in order to part !
I like to give beautiful names to wild flowers
Dream of Truth , Goodness, Beauty for all sentient beings
Keep faith that the sun will shine bright after showers,
Real life full of struggles yet also appealing !
One normal day at office , the Net I chance to surf
As the legend of the Round Table Knights Iove ever read :
Young Arthur unexpectedly found the sword Excalibur
Now I meet a great poet on the worldwide Net!
